Club Long Island - Writers Wanted
Club Long Island Writers needed for Restaurant Reviews and Concert Reviews.
We're seeking candidates with excellent writing, communication and observation skills
who enjoy eating out at restaurants or going to concert events.
Access to the Internet, good computer skills, Microsoft Word Software and a friendly
attitude are required.
Our reviews are aimed at being professional, reporter-style articles that clearly
share the experience with the reader.
These are non-paying positions but you will receive screen credit and a link to
your website on each review. This is a great way to build your portfolio with many
samples of your work. Writers expenses are their own with the exception of select
concert assignments which we'll occasionally offer where you'll have press-access
to the event and possibly back-stage access for interviews. Some restaurant reviews
may be comp'ed but a generous tip is suggested if this is the case.
